🏗️✨ Every great transformation begins with a vision.

What was once a simple residential property is now being reimagined into a space with greater purpose and value.

This Cabanatuan City renovation project transforms an existing 2-unit bungalow apartment into refreshed and more functional rental units, while the former garage is given a new life as a thrift shop/commercial stall maximizing the property's potential for both residential and commercial use.

This reel showcases the existing condition of the property alongside our proposed design, proving that with thoughtful planning and creative design, an existing structure can be transformed into a more valuable and income-generating investment.

Introducing our 2-Bedroom Retirement & Vacation Home in Talavera, Nueva Ecija, thoughtfully designed as a peaceful retreat for Mr. Fermin's beloved mother and a welcoming haven for the entire family.

Inspired by modern Japanese architecture, the home begins with a genkan entryway, offering a warm and intentional transition into the living space. Inside, a cozy sunken living area creates a more intimate setting, while the open-plan layout seamlessly connects the kitchen, dining, and living areas, allowing everyone to cook, dine, relax, and interact together without barriers. It's a home designed to keep conversations flowing and families connected.

A striking circular picture window frames the swimming pool, bringing in natural light and creating a stunning focal point from the living area. Every detail was thoughtfully considered, including curved wall corners that enhance safety for both seniors and children while maintaining a soft, elegant aesthetic.

Step outside to enjoy the spacious pool deck and inviting fire pit lounge, perfect for weekend gatherings, celebrations, or simply unwinding with loved ones under the stars.

More than just a retirement home, this is a place where generations come together, memories are made, and every corner is designed to celebrate family.
