Revisiting one of our completed design projects from 2025 — a modern tropical residence located in BF Homes, Parañaque.

This project was developed as a full Detailed Architectural and Engineering Design package, carefully planned to balance modern aesthetics, functionality, and tropical living comfort. From the expansive roof forms to the material palette and spatial flow, every element was designed to create a refined yet practical family home.
