Hindi ka dapat makonsensya magtanggal
ng empleyadong hindi sumusunod sa standards.

Not because you’re cruel.
Not because you lack heart.
But because leadership requires protection.

Maraming business owners ang nahihirapang magtanggal.

Hindi dahil hindi nila alam ang problema.
Alam nila.

Late.
Low output.
Paulit-ulit na mali.

Pero iniisip nila:

“Baka magbago pa.”
“Sayang naman.”
“Baka ako ang mali.”

So they delay the decision.

Another meeting.
Another warning.
Another chance.

Pero habang tumatagal, may nangyayari na hindi mo agad napapansin.

The team is watching.

Nakikita nila kung ano ang pinapalampas.
Nakikita nila kung hanggang saan ang standards.

At kapag paulit-ulit na may lumalabag pero walang consequence,
nagbabago ang kultura.

Hindi dahil masama ang mga tao.
Kundi dahil malinaw na ang message:

Pwede pala.

Ang negosyo hindi nasisira dahil nagtanggal ka.
Mas madalas itong nasisira kapag pinabayaan mo ang maling behavior.

Hindi ka masamang tao kapag prinotektahan mo ang standard.

Mas unfair sa buong team kung isang tao ang paulit-ulit na lalabag,
tapos pareho lang ang trato.

Leadership is not about saving everyone.

It’s about protecting what everyone is building together.

Kung alam mong paulit-ulit nang lumalabag sa standards,
hanggang kailan mo pa siya ipagtatanggol?
