Before you start construction, you should first dive into the journey of creation.
The first step is Design Conceptualization. This is an integrated team effort of CTVill, clients and partner design experts based on an in-depth analysis and research about the company's core values, culture, brand identity, and owners' preferences. Our goal is to create not only aesthetically beautiful design, but also transform it into a space which will ultimately showcase the company's brand and business identity while bringing value to end users.
The second step is Engineering design. After the general architectural and interior design has been conceptualized, our engineering team will proceed in designing the structural, electrical, mechanical, FDAS, plumbing and sanitary drawings.
The third step is Permitting Application. All required permits must first be secured to avoid penalties. Some of the common permits needed are Building Permit, Brgy Clearance, Working Permit, etc.
The last step is Construction Planning. They say those who fail to plan, plan to fail. That's why we go through rigorous planning to finalize all the details needed including timeline, materials' delivery schedule, workers needed, etc. Report of the planning will then be forwarded to the client in the form of gantt chart for review and approval.
