We are seeking a qualified 𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗻𝘁𝗶𝘁𝘆/𝗦𝗶𝘁𝗲 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗿 to join our construction team in Camiguin. This role combines cost management, quantity surveying, and site engineering responsibilities to ensure successful project delivery within budget and timeline.

📍Location: 𝗠𝗮𝗺𝗯𝗮𝗷𝗮𝗼, 𝗖𝗮𝗺𝗶𝗴𝘂𝗶𝗻

𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗻𝘁𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴:
1. Review plans and interpret survey engineering data
2. Prepare detailed project cost estimates
3. Manage budget, payments, and collectibles
4. Cost control and planning
5. Risk management and value engineering

𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁:
1. Update project timelines and schedules
2. Conduct site visits and toolbox meeting
3. Submit progress reports (daily logs and weekly reports)
4. Draft shop drawings
5. Other related tasks as assigned

𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀:
1. Graduate of Civil Engineering
2. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
3. Civil Engineer License is an advantage
4. 24-40 years old
5. Highly organized and detail-oriented
6. Can work with minimal supervision
7. Strong project management skills
8. Must have a valid driver's license
9. Must be willing to relocate and stay in Camiguin
10. Willing to commit to working onsite in Camiguin for the duration of employment
