ICYMI: 2,000 KAGAY-ANON, LUMAHOK SA IKA-50 NHA PEOPLE’S CARAVAN
Matagumpay na isinagawa ng National Housing Authority ( ) ang ika-50 nitong People’s Caravan sa Brgy. Macabalan Covered Court, Cagayan de Oro, noong Agosto 12, 2026.
Alinsunod sa direktiba ni NHA General Manager Joeben A. Tai, pinangunahan nina Region X Officer-in-Charge Engr. Maria Fe C. Pantanosas at Cagayan de Oro/Misamis Oriental/Camiguin District Officer-in-Charge Ar. Maria Madelyn T. Madrid ang caravan na nilahukan ng nasa 2,000 Kagay-anon.
Sa tema nitong “Serbisyong Dala ay Pag-Asa,” layon ng inisyatiba na dalhin ang iba’t ibang programa at serbisyo ng gobyerno at pribadong sektor sa mga benepisyaryo ng pabahay at mga pamilya mula sa mga karatig na komunidad para maghatid ng kaginhawaan sa kanilang buhay.

On August 12, 2026, from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, the National Housing Authority Region X will conduct a People’s Caravan with the theme, “Serbisyong Dala ay Pag-asa,” at the Barangay Macabalan Covered Court, Macabalan, Cagayan de Oro City. The activity that will be conducted in partnership with different Government and Non-Government Agencies aims to bring essential government programs and services closer to the beneficiaries of the NHA Macabalan–Puntod Slum Improvement and Resettlement (MaPu SIR) Project.

In line with this activity, NHA Region X is pleased to inform that the Land Transportation Office (LTO) will conduct a 2 DAYS - FREE THEORETICAL DRIVING COURSE (TDC) on August 6-7, 2026. This training is a pre-requisite requirement for the issuance of Student Permit (SP) and will be given to a maximum of 200 participants. Interested NHA beneficiaries and residents of Barangay Macabalan may scan the QR Code or enter the link provided bellow to signify their interest to avail of the training and in order to receive the free certificate, the training participants are required to complete the 2 - day program (15 hours).

HAPPY 51ST ANNIVERSARY, NATIONAL HOUSING AUTHORITY!
Ganap nang sinimulan ng National Housing Authority ( ) ang isang linggong pagdiriwang ng ika-51 anibersaryo nito, alinsunod sa temang “Matatag na Pabahay, Maunlad na Pamayanan, Tungo sa Bagong Pilipinas” noong Hulyo 27, 2026.
Bahagi ng programa ang paghahayag ng NHA Brass Marker na pinangunahan ni NHA General Manager Joeben Tai na kinapapalooban ng bagong Charter ng ahensya sa bisa ng Republic Act No. 12216 o ang NHA Act. Ang nasabing marker ay sumisimbolo sa patuloy na pagtupad ng ahensya sa mandato at bisyon nitong magkaloob ng mas marami pang disente at de-kalidad na pabahay para sa pamilyang Pilipino.
Sa kanyang mensahe, pinasalamatan ni GM Tai ang mga empleyado ng NHA sa kanilang patuloy na kooperasyon sa mga tagumpay ng ahensya sa nakalipas na 50 taon, at nagpaabot ng masayang pagbati sa pagsisimula ng panibagong yugto ng institusyon.
“I'm very happy because we're not only (celebrating our) 51st year, but this is actually the first year of our new charter. I hope na 'yung 25 years na ipinaglaban po namin sa Kongreso, I hope na maging worthwhile naman ito, and I hope mas marami pa po tayong ma-accomplish this next 25 years kumpara sa last 50 years po na dinatnan natin,” saad ni GM Tai.
Idinaos din ang isang Banal na Misa sa Main Office na dinaluhan ng mga kawani nang personal at sa pamamagitan ng live streaming sa iba’t ibang rehiyon at opisina ng NHA.
Nakatakda namang isagawa ng NHA ang iba’t ibang aktibidad sa mga susunod na araw na naglalayong palakasin ang samahan at pagtutulungan ng mga empleyado nito.

🏘️ 𝐍𝐇𝐀 𝐑𝐄𝐆𝐈𝐎𝐍 𝐗 | COORDINATION MEETING WITH LGU PANGANTUCAN BUKIDNON

The National Housing Authority (NHA) Region X, headed by Engr. Maria Fe C. Pantanosas, Officer-in-Charge, Regional Manager, together with Engr. Wilfredo R. Murillo, Jr., Officer-in-Charge, District Manager, met with Municipal Mayor Hon. Manolito G. Garces of the Municipality of Pangantucan, Bukidnon.

The meeting focused on exploring collaborative efforts for the development of a housing project that will provide safe, decent, and affordable homes for qualified beneficiaries in the municipality. It also reinforced the strong partnership between the National Housing Authority and the Local Government Unit of Pangantucan in pursuing sustainable housing initiatives and improving the quality of life of its constituents.

NHA Region X remains committed to working closely with local government units and stakeholders in delivering responsive and inclusive housing programs for Filipino families.

Bilang kinatawan ni National Housing Authority (NHA) General Manager Joeben Tai, pinangunahan ni Assistant General Manager Alvin S. Feliciano ang panunumpa ng mga bagong halal na opisyal ng National Housing Authority Employees Multipurpose Cooperative (NHA-EMPC) noong Hulyo 20, 2026.

Ang mga bagong opisyal ay nagwagi sa ginanap na halalan noong Hulyo 15, 2026, at magsisilbi sa loob ng dalawang taon.

Ang NHA-EMPC ay isang financial and consumer cooperative na pangunahing naglilingkod sa mga kawani ng ahensya. Nag-aalok ito ng iba’t ibang serbisyong pinansyal at mga oportunidad sa pangkabuhayan para sa kapakanan ng mga kasapi nito.

ICYMI: NHA PROVIDES FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE AGAIN TO FAMILIES AFFECTED BY THE EARTHQUAKE IN GENSAN AND SARANGANI
The National Housing Authority ( ) has once again provided financial assistance to families affected by the earthquake in General Santos City and Sarangani through the Emergency Housing Assistance Program ( ) of the agency.
To represent NHA General Manager Joeben Tai, Region XII Manager Zenaida M. Cabiles and General Santos City/Koronadal/South Cotabato/Sarangani District Manager Fritzie M. Punzalan led the third batch of EHAP distribution, where the agency distributed a total of P17,840,000 to 596 families.
Currently, a total of P103.590 million has been provided by NHA to families affected by the magnitude 7.8 earthquake, starting with the first and second activities on June 18 and June 26, 2026.
Through EHAP, NHA continues to provide financial assistance to families who have lost their homes due to natural and man-made disasters. The program aims to provide immediate support to rebuild their homes and accelerate the recovery of their communities.

🏡 366 BAGONG BAHAY SA SAMAR, IPINAMAHAGI NG NHA 🏡
Pormal nang ipinagkaloob ng National Housing Authority ( ) ang 366 yunit ng pabahay para sa mga pamilyang naapektuhan ng Bagyong Yolanda sa isinagawang ceremonial turnover sa Brgy. Tayud, Villareal, Samar noong Hulyo 8, 2026.
Sa direktiba ni NHA General Manager Joeben Tai, pinangasiwaan nina Region VIII Manager Engr. Clemente A. Dayot at Samar 2/Southern Samar District Officer-in-Charge Engr. Reggie J. Mañoso ang pamamahagi ng mga yunit sa Villareal Housing Project sa mga pamilyang dating naninirahan sa mga mapanganib at itinalagang "no-build zones.”
Bukod sa opisyal na pamamahagi ng mga yunit, nagsagawa rin ang NHA ng ceremonial signing ng Deed of Donation and Acceptance (DODA) at Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) sa pagitan ng ahensya at ng lokal na pamahalaan ng Villareal, maging ang paggawad ng mga Certificates of Award sa mga benepisyaryo bilang tanda na ganap na nilang pag-aari ang mga ipinagkaloob na tahanan.
Ang proyekto ay ipinatupad sa ilalim ng Yolanda Permanent Housing Program ( ) na may layuning mabigyan ng permanente at dekalidad na tirahan ang mga pamilya tungo sa kanilang pagbangon muli.
