B-MIRK Group, Inc. is looking for a hands-on and results-driven Production Supervisor who can oversee operations across different production areas and help ensure smooth, safe, and efficient processes. 💚

🔹 Qualifications:
✅ College Graduate of any 4-year course
✅ At least 2 years of experience as a Production Supervisor or similar role in a manufacturing environment
✅ Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills
✅ Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities
✅ Knowledge of production processes, quality standards, and safety practices
✅ Willing to work on a roving setup and flexible with area assignments
