🔧 QUALIFICATIONS

✔️ Graduate of a Technical-Vocational course in CNC Machining, Machine Shop Technology, or related fields
✔️ With 2+ years of experience in CNC milling operation and programming
✔️ Strong knowledge and experience in CNC milling and programming
✔️ Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings
✔️ Knowledge of CAM software such as Mastercam or Fusion 360 is an advantage
✔️ Skilled in manual machining and other machine operations such as lathe and surface grinding is a plus
✔️ Strong understanding of feeds, speeds, tooling, and cutting strategies
✔️ Experience in mold or die component fabrication is preferred
✔️ Able to work under pressure, with minimal supervision, and on shifting schedules
✔️ Detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and a team player

✔️ Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a mold fabrication or plastic injection engineering company, including mold die maintenance and repair
✔️ Extensive experience in plastic mold repairs, including flashes, burrs, scratches, dents, flow marks, short shots, sink marks, burn marks, warpage, weld lines, air traps/gas burns, and mismatched parting lines
✔️ Strong ability to read and analyze mechanical drawings for mold layout, components, and tolerances
✔️ Skilled in mold assembly and disassembly for inspection, polishing, repair, and mold fitting activities
✔️ Proficient in using laser welding and polishing tools
✔️ Knowledgeable in using precision measuring instruments such as micrometers and calipers
✔️ Knowledge of tool steel types, treatment processes, and proper handling during repair work

⚙️ ADDITIONAL SKILLS (ADVANTAGEOUS)

✔️ Operational knowledge of Surface Grinding, Lathe, Milling, and EDM Machines
