𝗧𝗜𝗣 𝗦𝗧𝗘𝗣𝗦 𝗙𝗢𝗥 𝗢𝗧𝗛𝗘𝗥 𝗣𝗘𝗖𝗘 𝗖𝗘𝗥𝗧𝗜𝗙𝗜𝗖𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗦𝗜𝗚𝗡&𝗦𝗘𝗔𝗟 𝗦𝗘𝗥𝗩𝗜𝗖𝗘𝗦 (i.e. PM [Preventive Maintenance], etc.)

1. Inquiry of Contractor
2. Contractor will send (PDF) files of accomplished (3 items):

🔴 𝟮.𝟮 𝗣𝗜𝗖𝗧𝗨𝗥𝗘 𝗢𝗙 𝗔𝗖𝗧𝗨𝗔𝗟 𝗔𝗖𝗧𝗜𝗩𝗜𝗧𝗬
🔴 𝟮.𝟯 𝗖𝗘𝗥𝗧𝗜𝗙𝗜𝗖𝗔𝗧𝗘
3. PECE Check if three(3) Items are complete.
4. PECE will review if all PDF documents are correlated. (dates / activities / methods / etc.)
5. PECE will Quot.

6. If Quot is OK with Contractor...Transaction (PECE & Contractor) will be at the preferred office.
(OPTIONAL) If Quot is OK with Contractor, PECE will:
🟢 Print all documents(A4) ➡️ 1 Original + 3 Duplicate Copies.
🟢 Sign and Seal all the documents (1 Original + 3 Copies).
🟢 Individually send pictures of all Signed and Sealed pages to Contractor.
🟢 Prepare for shipment (Signed&Sealed docs / [PTR/PRC] Photocopies).

7. If Contractor is OK with the PECE service, PECE will wait for payment to issue an official receipt.
8. Upon payment, PECE will prepare “SERVICE INVOICE” together with the signed and sealed documents, ready for pickup.
9. Contractor will book the courier...
10. PECE will wait for the pickup/courier.

The PECE offers review, evaluation, sign, and seal services for the following:

𝗣𝗲𝗿𝗺𝗶𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝗜𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗹𝗹 (𝗣𝗧𝗜): Covers review of design/supervisory permits, electronics proposed plans and data sheets, and detailed cost estimates (BOM) and technical specs.

𝗣𝗲𝗿𝗺𝗶𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝗢𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲 (𝗣𝗧𝗢): Covers certificate of completion, electronics as-built plans and data sheets, commissioning and testing reports, and safety certifications.

𝗔𝗻𝗻𝘂𝗮𝗹 𝗣𝗘𝗭𝗔 𝗖𝗲𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Includes an actual physical site visit, as-built plans and data sheets, and safety and reliability certifications.

The process for certification is broken down into four steps:

1. Submission: The contractor submits three mandatory PDFs, including a 𝘁𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗿𝗲𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁, 𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗽𝗵𝗼𝘁𝗼𝘀, and a 𝗰𝗲𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗲.

2. Review & Quote: The PECE verifies the details and scope, then provides a quotation.

3. Processing: Upon approval, the PECE prints one original and three copies on premium A4-size paper, then signs and seals them as proof.

4. Turnover: The PECE issues an invoice upon payment, and the contractor arranges for courier pickup.
