๐ฃ๐ฒ๐ฟ๐บ๐ถ๐ ๐๐ผ ๐ข๐ฝ๐ฒ๐ฟ๐ฎ๐๐ฒ (๐ฃ๐ง๐ข): Covers certificate of completion, electronics as-built plans and data sheets, commissioning and testing reports, and safety certifications.
๐๐ป๐ป๐๐ฎ๐น ๐ฃ๐๐ญ๐ ๐๐ฒ๐ฟ๐๐ถ๐ณ๐ถ๐ฐ๐ฎ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป: Includes an actual physical site visit, as-built plans and data sheets, and safety and reliability certifications.

The process for certification is broken down into four steps:
STEP 1. Submission: The contractor submits three mandatory PDFs, including a ๐๐ฒ๐๐ ๐ฟ๐ฒ๐ฝ๐ผ๐ฟ๐, ๐ฎ๐ฐ๐๐ถ๐๐ถ๐๐ ๐ฝ๐ต๐ผ๐๐ผ๐, and a ๐ฐ๐ฒ๐ฟ๐๐ถ๐ณ๐ถ๐ฐ๐ฎ๐๐ฒ.
STEP 2. Review & Quote: The PECE verifies the details and scope, then provides a quotation.
STEP 3. Processing: Upon approval, the PECE prints one original and three copies on premium A4-size paper, then signs and seals them as proof.
STEP 4. Turnover: The PECE issues an invoice upon payment, and the contractor arranges for courier pickup.
