Site Engineer Qualifications:
โ
Graduate of Civil Engineering with/without licensed
โ
With at least 2 years of experience in site supervision, construction or project implementation
โ
Able to read and interpret plans, drawings and specifications
โ
Knowledgeable in project monitoring, manpower supervision and construction standards
โ
Prepare reports and align with project schedules
โ
Reliable, detail-oriented, and proactive problem solver
โ
Willing to work on-site
โ
Know how to drive and with valid driver's license
Architect Qualifications:
โ
Graduate of B.S. Architecture
โ
With at least 1-2 years diversified experience in construction and design
โ
Knowledgeable in AutoCAD, Sketch-Up, Enscape and Lumion
โ
Lead and manage architectural projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the client's satisfaction
โ
Able to handle 2-3 projects at the same time
โ
Prepare and present design proposals and project updates
โ
PRC Licensed is a plus
โ
Know how to drive and with valid driver's license
