Maximus Structural Innovations, Inc. Maximus Structural Innovations, Inc. (MSII) is a Davao-grown company which started August of 2012.

MSII provides a full range of technical and construction services for civil and building construction, including design evaluation, permanent works design, temporary works design and construction engineering, precasting management and bridge construction. MSII is a construction company that focuses on driving pre-stressed concrete piles through both traditional and modern method; and building stru

ctures that ensure balance of quality, cost efficiency, and timeliness, using construction management, technological expertise, and a skilled and professional workforce. In 2013, MSII began engaging in post tensioning works and created a variety of precast items for the construction industry particularly girders. In the same year, MSII began taking all sorts of general construction projects. In 2014, MSII started its design and build capability including commencement of bored piling works. MSII is led by a group of local businessman who saw the growth and potential of the construction industry and infrastructure in Mindanao. With this vision, MSII was created to support the fast paced progress and developments in the sector specifically Davao City and its neighboring cities. Our continuous success is driven by our people and their commitment to get results the right way by executing with excellence, applying innovative technologies and capturing new opportunities for profitable growth through proper conduct and values. We are capable to provide a wide range of technical and construction services. We aim to be one of the best construction companies in the country through customer satisfaction with our proper cost, time and quality management.
