In 2013, MSII began engaging in post tensioning works and created a variety of precast items for the construction industry particularly girders. In the same year, MSII began taking all sorts of general construction projects. In 2014, MSII started its design and build capability including commencement of bored piling works. MSII is led by a group of local businessman who saw the growth and potential of the construction industry and infrastructure in Mindanao.
