✅Updated PRC License
✅At least 3 years of relevant experience in Design Architecture (2-year apprenticeship is considered in the number of years)
✅Collaborate with other disciplines in the design team to ensure design feasibility and compliance with regulations
✅Proficient in design softwares (e.g. AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion)
✅Strong design and visualization skills
✅Willing to be assigned in Carmona City, Cavite
✅Good manners is a major factor
