COMMUNITY RELATIONS UPDATE ..
The management of Strong Group Mining Corporation conducted a traditional "Kanyaw", a tribal ritual practiced by indigenous communities, to mark the opening of the company’s new operational season.
The ceremony was held with the presence of company officials, workers, and members of the local indigenous community headed by Datu Engwan Ala, symbolizing respect for cultural traditions and the ancestral domain where the mining activities take place.
During the ritual, tribal elders led prayers, chants, and symbolic offerings to ask for guidance, protection, and blessings for a safe and productive season.
The Kanyaw also served as a moment of unity, strengthening the relationship between the company and the host communities.
Through this meaningful cultural practice, the company reaffirmed its commitment to honoring indigenous traditions while pursuing responsible and sustainable operations.
