Inspired by a "modern bahay kubo", a Proposed Private Villa is to be built in Alfonso, Cavite. The spaces are 2 bedrooms, 2 toilet and baths, living area, outdoor dining and kitchen, pool with lounge area, and carport.

We are very excited to share with you the Ground Breaking Ceremony and Contract Signing for our extension project of a two storey office building in Bacoor, Cavite.

This is all the fruit of our hard works. Thank you, Lord, for this project and our clients for trusting us 🙏

To maximize the spaces, the design strategy is to apply the principles of a good design - useful, aesthetic, unobtrusive, and as little design as possible. Less but better. This can be achieved by the utilization of negative spaces which plays the spaces around and between the subject (the project). The project will be standing in the heart of a subdivision which has typical house designs when you enter the place. If the background is repetitive and you keep seeing the same colors and pattern, this gives you a sense of tension. Our team intended to make the building iconic but will sit seamlessly on the ground. The color of the building is white which signifies honesty and integrity. Like a blank canvas, the design concept, we want to let our clients know that we can help them build their dream homes and any type of building and spaces from scratch, curated uniquely for its users and will reflect their identity on it. Seeing this structure in the middle of familiarity will give a sense of release - gracefully outstanding but comforting.

What makes a good Filipino Architecture?

A tropical modern house blends a contemporary aesthetic with a response to the tropics' climatic and environmental challenges. It employs tropical design methods such as sun shading and cross ventilation. This combination results in a home with foreign influences yet a distinct regional character.

Client meeting and Site inspection

This is a potential commercial space in Canelar, Zamboanga. The 1103 sq.m. property will soon house a Cafe, a Restaurant, a Multipurpose Hall, and a Private Villa.

There are over 20 towering trees on the property, including Talisay Trees, Buri Trees, and Coconut Trees, to name a few. The objective is to come up with a design that does not necessitate the removal of any trees and instead incorporates nature into the future commercial area.
