Qualifications:
1. Architecture graduate
2. Licensed or Underboard
3. 0-5 years construction-related experience
4. Residing in Carmona or Silang is an advantage
Roles and Responsibilities
1. Full time or flexible assignment
2. Site presence at least 4 hours per day, 6 days a week
3. Other assignments can be done as home-based
4. Site supervision / cost control / procurement assistance / development of shop drawings (will be trained accordingly)
5. Reports to Design Lead / Commercial Lead / Operations Lead
Expected mobilization: March 15, 2026 (one-year contract)
