Structural Analysis and Design of a Retaining Wall Solution for a 2-storey residential building.

Location: Vista Grande, Talisay City

Subdivision rules and regulations forced the relocation of the placement of the building. Consequentially, the terrace was to be built on sloping ground.

A retaining wall solution was crafted by the team to remedy the problem.

Structural Design and Analysis of a Mezannine extension for a 4-storey Commissary building.

Location: Dumlog, Talisay City

New steeldeck slabs and steel beams were added to the existing building.

A structural assessment was carried out to determine if the structure could take the extra weight of an additional floor area of 200 sq. m before selecting the necessary beam sizes and designing the steel connections.

Structural analysis and retrofitting design of a 2-storey residential building

Location: Lapu-lapu City

Project had numerous structural flaws as it was built through a foreman by means of the "Pakyaw" system. The structure was completed even before structural plans were available.

Solutions were provided for wrong placement of stairs, downspouts placed inside the column reinforcement cages before pouring, and lacking columns.
