Qualifications:
Draftsman degree or Bs Arch degree holder
At least 3 years working experience in architectural design and site construction
Proficient in CAD 2d and 3d, Revit / BIM is a plus, Sketchup, Lumion, Vray, Photoshop, word, excel
Well versed in architectural planning from conceptualization to implementation
Knowledge in architectural, mechanical, electrical, structural, plumbing and ece and can interpret plans.
Knowledge in networking, PC maintenance, software installation
Good in analytical problem solving, creative, must think outside the box, fast learner
Good communication skills
