Before and Current Construction Timeline

- Prior to construction, structural assessment was conducted per client's request to strengthen the old structure and see what can be saved based on client's alloted budget.
- Retrofitting was not applicable since the entire structure was very weak and some parts are shaking. No Beam Installed, and Slab uses 8mm bars with a rib type color roof sheet acting as a steel deck.

- As a result of entire survey and several revisions, Complete Demolish was recommended and reconstruction was done to ensure the safety and security of the client.

- Construction is currently at 100% on Structural and already starting the Simple Architectural Works and Other Related Works.
