LICENSED MASTER PLUMBER
SALARY: Php 18,000.00 to Php 30,000.00
WE ARE LOOKING TO HIRE A MASTER PLUMBER WHO IS ALSO WILLING TO ALSO BECOME AS PROJECT MANAGER.
SOLID GOLD CONSTRUCTION has been building and renovating custom houses for over 10 years and is looking to expand our team. SOLID GOLD CONSTRUCTION Construction is looking to hire a full-time Master Plumber willing to be trained as project manager. Good wage, transport expenses reimbursed, project commissions and add-ons.
- Male
- Must be a PRC Registered Master Plumber with valid PRC License
- With at least four (4) years relevant experience in the design and preparation of Plumbing Plans
- Must know how to sketch preliminary design plans, including materials and furnishings
- Must know how to read and interpret structural drawings, plans, blueprints and diagrams to plan plumbing installation, repairs and/or modifications
- Preferably knows how to drive
- Plumber
- Full-time
- Knowledgeable and experience in operation and troubleshooting of building plumbing system; water supply etc.
-Customer oriented
- Pro-active and multi-tasking
- At least 2 years of experience
• Requirements:
o Bachelor’s degree with a licensed master plumber and/or 3+ years of practical work experience.
o Helps in Preparation and Review of Project Construction Plan.
o Perform other tasks as Directed.
• Qualifications:
o Licensed MASTER PLUMBER with at least Three (2-3) years experience.
o Must be proficient in all modern design software
o Able to work under pressure.
o Ability to work on tight deadlines.
o Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
