1.Repairs and maintains all electronic hardware and software devices of the company;
2.Evaluates and recommends electronic devices for new purchases;
3.Accountable of all editing entries on the OP;
4.Checks all computer for unauthorized files and programs every week;
5.Updates OP regularly; and
6.Coordinates with the Project Engineer and Materials Control Officer/ Admin Officer regarding the OP concerns every week.
7. Accounts all assets of the company;
8. Encodes asset information to OP;
9. Conducts monthly inventory on all assets of the company;
10. Submits monthly assets Status Report to Managing Officer; and
11. Facilitates the selling of scrap materials / supplies.

1. Maintains cleanliness of assigned equipment;
2. Checks general parts of assigned vehicle daily before operating using the daily maintenance check – up form;
3. Assists in repair of his assigned vehicle;
4. Ensures the safety of assigned vehicle; and
