Familiarity with Civil Engineering software like AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and STAAD is often required.
• Knowledge of cost estimation is important for budgeting and project management.
• Skills in project management, including workforce and timeline management, are highly desirable.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are needed for effective collaboration and reporting.
• Experience working on construction projects in areas like structural, geotechnical, transportation, or water resources is often preferred.
