Scope of Work / Qualifications:
✔ NC II Certified (Electrical Installation and Maintenance)
✔ With experience in FDAS installation, testing, and basic troubleshooting
✔ Knowledgeable in other auxiliary works such as lighting systems, wiring, conduits, switches, panels assistance, CCTV, and related low-voltage systems
✔ Familiar with construction site safety standards
✔ Physically fit, hardworking, and willing to work on-site

1. Safety Officer 1
Who will ensure compliance with occupational health and safety standards on-site. Responsibilities include conducting safety inspections, monitoring work practices, facilitating toolbox talks, and ensuring all workers follow safety regulations.
Qualifications:
• Certified Safety Officer 1 (COSH)
• Knowledgeable in DOLE safety standards and compliance
• Strong communication and leadership skills

2. Welder w/ NCII
Who will perform cutting, welding, and joining of metal components as per project requirements. Precision, safety, and quality workmanship are a must.
Qualifications:
• NCII-certified Welder
• Skilled in different welding techniques (SMAW, GTAW, MIG/TIG is an advantage)
• With experience in construction or fabrication projects

3. Pipe Fitter w/ NCII
Who can install, assemble, fabricate, and maintain piping systems in line with project specifications. Accuracy and adherence to safety standards are essential.
Qualifications:
• NCII-certified Pipe Fitter
• Ability to read and interpret piping drawings and blueprints
• Knowledge in proper use of hand and power tools for fitting jobs

4. Licensed Mechanical Engineer (with experience)
With experience in construction and project management. The role includes overseeing mechanical works, supervising skilled workers, ensuring compliance with standards, and providing technical solutions for projects.
Qualifications:
• Licensed Mechanical Engineer (PRC)
• With at least 1-2 years of relevant experience
• Strong leadership, planning, and project supervision skills

Requirements:
• Biodata or Resume with 2x2 picture
• NBI
• NCII CERTIFICATES (for welder and pipe fitter)
• Medical (to be submitted once work starts)
o Stool Exam
o CBC
o Xray
o Urinalysis
o ECG (35 yrs old and above
o Physical exam
o Drug Test
