HIRING – ARCHITECTURAL DRAFTSMAN (FEMALE)

Office Location: Jugan, Consolacion, Cebu

We are looking for a Female Architectural Draftsman to join our growing team.

Requirements:
• Proficient in AutoCAD
• Experience in architectural drafting and detailing
• Knowledge in shop drawings is an advantage
• Can coordinate and follow project requirements properly
• Hardworking and detail-oriented
• Land development experience is a plus
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply if willing to learn

Preferred:
• Familiar with Philippine construction standards
• SketchUp / Revit knowledge is an advantage

We are looking for an experienced BIM Modeler / Coordinator for a water feature / aquatic project.

Requirements:
✔ Minimum 5 years total BIM modeling experience
✔ Minimum 3 years experience as BIM Coordinator
✔ Strong experience in piping systems, pumps, water feature / aquatic works
✔ Experience in above-ground and below-ground utility / piping coordination
✔ Proficient in Civil 3D, Revit, and Navisworks
✔ Strong experience in BIM modeling, clash detection, coordination, and drawing production
✔ Able to interpret design drawings, specifications, and technical details
✔ Experience in multidisciplinary coordination is required
✔ Must be able to work independently and proactively manage coordination issues

Relevant experience in similar projects is mandatory. Only highly qualified candidates will be considered.

MAPEDS is looking for a Technical Engineer already based in Qatar with strong experience in construction documentation, shop drawings, technical coordination, and project support.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years relevant experience in construction projects
Currently based in Qatar
Strong understanding of architectural, structural, and MEP drawings
Able to review, coordinate, and manage shop drawings and technical submittals
Experience in multidisciplinary coordination and resolving technical issues between disciplines
Familiar with Qatar construction practices, consultant requirements, and project documentation standards
Able to prepare and track RFIs, material submittals, method statements, and technical correspondence
Experience in construction coordination meetings and consultant/client interactions
Knowledge of BIM, Navisworks, and Revit is an advantage
Strong reporting, communication, and problem-solving skills
Able to work independently and manage multiple technical issues simultaneously
