PICE-Cotabato City Maguindanao Chapter, PRC Hold 6th Oath-Taking for New Civil Engineers

The Philippine Institute of Civil Engineers (PICE) – Cotabato City Maguindanao Chapter, in collaboration with the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC), held the 6th Oath-Taking Ceremony for New Civil Engineers on June 26, 2026. The event honored those who successfully passed the April 7, 2026 Civil Engineer Licensure Examination (CELE).

A total of 67 new engineers from various schools took their oath as registered professionals.

Congressman Esmael "Toto" Mangudadatu graced the occasion as Guest Speaker, delivering an inspiring message: "To our newly Licensed Civil Engineers, Congratulations! As you begin your professional journey, I encourage you to uphold excellence, integrity, and compassion in everything you do. May you use your knowledge and skills to serve and contribute to the continued progress of BARMM and our nation."

In a generous gesture, Congressman Mangudadatu will shoulder the PRC registration expenses for the new civil engineers. This follows last year’s initiative where Member of the Parliament Dr. Hashemie Dilangalen covered the registration costs for newly licensed engineers.

PRC Regional Office XII Director Rotelo B. Cabugsa administered the oath-taking for the newly registered civil engineers. Meanwhile, the Ministry of Public Works and Highways – Bangsamoro Director General, who also serves as Senior Adviser of the PICE CotMag Chapter, administered the oath for new members of the chapter.

Chapter President Engr. Esmael Ganduan expressed his warm congratulations to the new civil engineers during his welcome address and reminded them that being a civil engineer is not just a profession – it's a responsibility to serve the community with professionalism, leadership , and integrity.

The PICE Cotabato City Maguindanao Chapter continues to strive for excellence and provide support to newly licensed civil engineers and all its members.

Face-to-Face Oathtaking of the New Civil Engineers

The face-to-face mass oathtaking of the new Civil Engineers will be held on June 26, 2026, at 3:00 P.M., at the KCC Convention Center, Cotabato City.

All successful examinees interested in attending the face-to-face mass oathtaking shall register not later than 12:00 NN of the day prior to the date of the oathtaking at https://online.prc.gov.ph/ to confirm their attendance.

Inductees are required to PRINT the Oath Form with their own generated QR. This will be submitted during the oathtaking to be tagged as “attended”.

Those who cannot attend the scheduled face-to-face mass oathtaking may attend the online oathtaking or request a special oathtaking. Online Oathtaking announcements will be posted once the schedule is confirmed.

After the oathtaking, inductees shall proceed with their Initial Registration by securing an online appointment at https://online.prc.gov.ph.
