Order Collection & Abandoned Order Policy
1. Overview and Purpose
📌 This policy establishes standard timelines for client order pick-ups, guidelines for unclaimed merchandise, and terms regarding non-refundable down-payments. It applies to all custom, made-to-order, and reserved items.
2. Standard Collection Period
📌 Grace Period: Clients are notified upon order completion and are expected to collect their items within 14 calendar days of notification.
Storage Period: Storage up to 60 days from the ready-for-pickup date is complimentary, provided the client communicates an expected retrieval date.
3. Abandoned Orders (90-Day Limit)
📌 Cancellation Threshold: Orders not collected within 3 months (90 calendar days) from the initial completion notice are officially classified as Abandoned and Canceled.
Forfeiture of Down-Payment: Any deposit, down-payment, or partial payment made toward a canceled order is 100% non-refundable and forfeited to cover storage, processing, and material costs.
📌 Disposition of Goods: Once an order reaches the 90-day mark, ownership of the items reverts entirely to the business. The business reserves the right to restock, resell, donate, or dispose of the uncollected items.
4. Policy for Returns After 3 months and beyond.
📌 Clients returning to claim orders between 3 to 6 months after completion are subject to the following terms:
Forfeited Items: Previous orders cannot be retrieved, as the merchandise has already been canceled and processed in accordance with Section 3.
No Balance Transfers: Down-payments from the abandoned order cannot be applied as store credit or transferred toward new orders.
New Orders: Clients wishing to re-order the same item(s) must place a new order, subject to current pricing, current turnaround times, and a new deposit.
5. Client Responsibility & Extension Requests
📌 To prevent order cancellation, clients who anticipate delays in pickup must contact customer support in writing prior to the 60-day mark to request a formal extension. Extensions are granted at the business's sole discretion and may be subject to a nominal monthly holding fee.
