: FACE TO FACE CLASSES SUSPENDED TOMORROW โœ๏ธ

Face-to-face classes in all levels, both public and private, are suspended on Monday, July 13, in the City of Dagupan under Executive Order No. 30, Series of 2026, signed by Mayor Belen T. Fernandez due to the prevailing Yellow Rainfall Warning and the anticipated adverse weather conditions.

Schools are directed to implement online classes or other appropriate alternative learning modalities, whenever practicable, to ensure the continuity of learning while prioritizing the safety of students, teachers, and school personnel.

The local chief executive advises everyone to remain alert, avoid flooded areas, and continue monitoring official advisories from PAGASA and the City Government of Dagupan.

We have officially crossed the finish line of First Week Hi 2026, and Day 5 did not disappoint!
