The Employee’s duties are as follows:
- To provide layouts, general arrangements and detailed technical drawings on Electronic Computer-Aided Design (like autoCAD 2D and 3D Modeling, Adobe Photoshop, Sketchup, Lumion, Revit and V-Ray) & Solid Works in accordance with Trim line quality assurance standards and clients project specifications;
- Liaise with design department to obtain clear specifications;
- Support the design department and contract managers with necessary drawings from concept to handover;
- Create detailed CAD drawings for production;
- Create detailed CAD drawing for on-site work;
- Liaise with Project Superintendent to understand needs;
- Liaise with external manufactures to understand needs;
- Carry out site surveys;
- Solve fabrication problems;
- Continuously look for and suggest ways to improve the process;
- Follow Trim line quality control procedures;
- Promote and maintain Health and Safety across projects, teams and business; and
- Other duties requested by management in support of the Trim line team.
