📢 WE ARE HIRING | CORPORATE HSEQ MANAGER
Siteserv, Inc. is looking for a highly experienced and strategic Corporate HSEQ Manager to lead and strengthen our Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSEQ) systems across all projects.
📍 Work Location: Bataan (Full-time)
📋 Key Responsibilities:
• Lead, develop, and implement corporate HSEQ strategies, policies, and systems
• Ensure compliance with DOLE, DENR, ISO standards, and client HSEQ requirements
• Oversee HSEQ performance across multiple project sites
• Lead internal and external HSEQ audits and management reviews
• Drive incident investigation, root cause analysis, and corrective actions
• Provide leadership, mentoring, and guidance to site HSEQ teams
• Monitor HSEQ performances and prepare reports for top management
• Maintain and improve ISO certifications (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001)
Qualifications:
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field (required)
✔ Certified Safety Officer SO III or higher (SO IV preferred)
✔ At least 8–10 years of HSEQ experience, with managerial or supervisory role
✔ Strong background in construction, power plant, oil & gas, or heavy industry
✔ In-depth knowledge of ISO, DOLE, DENR, and international HSEQ standards
✔ Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic management skills
✔ Willing to be assigned full-time in Bataan
