ALAI assigned Rey Noe Fabic as Project Manager for NLEX Widening Project.

As a civil engineer in this country, to be invited to his 83rd birthday by a legend is truly a blessing. Dr. Angel Lazaro III is the Managing Partner of Angel Lazaro and Associates International (ALAI). He was also acknowledged with the Most Outstanding Civil Engineer Award from the Professional Regulation Commission in 1994 and the Professional Award in Engineering from the UP Alumni Engineering Association in 1989. For almost ten years, he held the position of chairman of the board of the Civil Engineering Professional Regulatory Commission (PRC).

For years, ALAI has been the favorite consultant of NLEX Corporation for various access ramps, bridges, and signages with gantries projects. Until this month they awarded ALAI to engage in and prepare the Detailed Engineering Design of the Harbor Link Ramps/Bridge Widening and the Advance Works from the 10 km new compensating lanes and New Access Ramps.

Since its founding in July 2018, Fabic Engineering has been a partner of Dempsey Pacific, Inc. in providing civil engineering design support for civil infrastructure projects in Honolulu, Kauai, Maui, and Hawaii Counties within the state, as well as other locations throughout the Pacific region. Uniqlo's logistics facility in Riverpark, General Trias, has finally opened. This facility is the first FES warehouse project in the Philippines under H.S. PAW Construction and Development Corporation. We delivered the engineering design, which includes earthworks, access road, parking, drop-off, pavement, and drainage.

Ensuring a brighter future awaits for the four pillars of the project. Only perfect weather can set the tone for a positive collaboration between us (the consultant) and the developers, engineers, and marketing.

In a serene view of a long elevated crest covered with grass and planted with staggering palms and trees, engineers discussed the significance of intensive planning, from the conceptual design of the access road functionality down to the construction methodology to protect the integrity of the project, on the basis of the hydrological topography and geotechnical engineering, ensuring safety and stability in roads and other earth structures.

And to boost the marketing team's confidence and trust in their luxury product of 500–1000 sqm lots they would sell, we gave input on the Low Impact Development Mitigation that would protect residences downstream from flooding.
