As Engines become older, gain more kms or running hours, clearances become wider /bigger thus Low Compression (Blow-by) &/or Low Oil Pressures are common problems.

Also in time, Oil & Valve Seals become Hardened, causing the OIL to leak. If the Hardening of Seals are not addressed early on, it will soon Crack which needs replacement at worst the Hardened Seals will eat up the Shafts for more damages.

Avoid very COSTLY REPAIRS. Act now before it's too late.

In ALL my Technical Seminars about Engine Preventive Maintenance Program, I usually start it by asking a Question; What is that ONE most important thing to be monitored, analized, evaluated inorder to Protect and Extend the Life of an Engine?

The Unanimous Answer Worldwide is, it must be OIL ! My answer is OIL PRESSURE, not Oil. Even with the best, most expensive oil, without Oil Pressure, no engine can Survive or would last long.

Then obviously my next logical, important Question is; What then Provides Oil Pressure ?

Again the Unanimous Answer is Oil PUMP ! My Answer is NO ! As a matter of Principle, Pumps give FLOW, not Pressure.

Resistances or Bearing Clearances, Tolerances give OIL PRESSURE, not Pump (Flow). Engine Performance is about Correct Clearances for Compression & Oil Pressures.

Finally, the most Challenging Questions are; How then can Clearances of Brandnew or Newly Overhauled Engines be further Improved? Corrected? Then, how are Clearances be Maintained for the Longest Possible Operating Time ???
