Position: Accounting Associate (QuickBooks Specialist)
Location: Crossing Agol, Cabantian, Davao City

Job Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Managing financial records and transactions in QuickBooks
✅ Preparing and maintaining accurate financial reports and statements
✅ Assisting with monthly reconciliations, accounts payable/receivable
✅ Payment requisition and check preparation
✅ Data preparation for tax filings
✅ Monitoring of cash releases and liquidations

What We’re Looking For:
✔️ Proven experience with QuickBooks (QuickBooks Online or Desktop)
✔️ Strong background in accounting or finance
✔️ Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
✔️ Familiarity with financial reports, reconciliations, and bookkeeping
✔️ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
✔️ Previous experience in a similar role (preferred, but not required)
