Established in 2014, MSI Agri Ventures started as Commercial Distribution Agent of Dupont Far East, Inc., supplying Agricultural Chemical products for commercial use and volume distribution to plantations. to be one of their commission agents through handling their sales agent team. After a year of Partnership with Dupont Far East, Inc., an expansion program resulted in the diversifi
cation of the business by expanding the area of coverage, and infusing more products and services that covered the areas of Central and Eastern Visayas, and Mindanao with product presence that dealt into plantations of pineapple, sugarcane, banana, and high-value crops. In 2016, with the trust and confidence of our principal, we changed our Company Name to MSI Agri Ventures Services, Inc. that handled the Sales, Marketing and Operational requirements of Dupont Far East, Inc., to its revitalized clients expanding farther our area of coverage encompassing the whole regions of the Visayas, and large plantations in Mindanao. With the promise of the government at that time, we entered into Government procurement by being member of Philippine Government Electronic Procurement System (PhilGEPS) that opened an opportunity for us to join bids, canvass and procurement supply. Now, we are one of the accredited suppliers for Department of Agriculture (DA) and Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD). This provided an impetus to diversify into supplies of merchandises, tools and equipment. In 2018, our business is engaged in Distributorship Trading and Retailing of Poultry products such as farm fresh eggs, dressed chicken, meat and feeds, Live stocks, Agricultural Equipment, Fertilizers and Chemicals, Agricultural Products (rice, corn, and vegetables seeds), Trading of Supplies and Materials in Electrical, Hardware, Offices Materials and Constructions Supply. This led us to change our trade name as MSI Ventures, Inc., in 2019. Our diversification never stops, with the business network that we established, we created a new line of business into Import and Export of Commodities that ventured in logistics and hauling of cargoes in the Port of Davao. With our trading of Supplies and Materials Hardware, Office Materials and Construction Supplies, we are visioning ourselves into the Construction industry. Business Endeavors:
