𝐆𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐥 𝐀𝐝𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐃𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬
• Manage and organize files, documents, and records (digital and hard copy)
• Answer phone calls, emails, and handle correspondence
• Prepare and file permits, contracts, and other legal documents
• Schedule meetings and coordinate calendars of engineers and managers
𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐣𝐞𝐜𝐭 𝐒𝐮𝐩𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭
• Assist in tracking project timelines and deliverables
• Help prepare reports, proposals, and progress documentation
• Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and clients for administrative needs
• Prepare and distribute meeting minutes and daily reports
𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐜𝐮𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐈𝐧𝐯𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐲 𝐒𝐮𝐩𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭
• Assist in sourcing materials and requesting quotations from suppliers
• Maintain inventory of office and site supplies
• Track delivery schedules and follow up with vendors
𝐅𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐏𝐚𝐲𝐫𝐨𝐥𝐥 𝐀𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞
• Prepare and process petty cash, purchase orders, and liquidation reports
• Monitor expenses and assist in budget tracking
• Handle timesheets and support payroll preparation
𝐇𝐑 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐏𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐨𝐧𝐧𝐞𝐥 𝐂𝐨𝐨𝐫𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧
• Keep records of employee attendance, leave, and contracts
• Assist in onboarding new workers and orienting site staff on admin procedures
• Coordinate with HR for training, compliance, and manpower needs

• Ensure licenses, permits, and insurances are up to date
• Maintain safety documentation (e.g., toolboxes, permits to work)
• Assist in compliance audits and inspections
