Proposed One-Story Residential

A contemporary tropical residence envisioned as a seamless dialogue between architecture and nature. This proposed one-story home embraces clean horizontal lines, expansive glazing, and warm natural textures to create a calm yet sophisticated living environment. The design intent was to maximize openness and natural light while framing the surrounding landscape through generous balconies, full-height windows, and airy transitional spaces.

The residence is carefully planned to promote comfort, privacy, and family interaction where every space flows effortlessly from one area to another. Interior elements combine minimalist modern aesthetics with warm wood accents, soft neutral palettes, and refined textures, resulting in a timeless architectural expression that feels both elegant and inviting.

Scheme 1 | A Proposed 4-Unit Modular Container House (Single-Story)

This first scheme explores a courtyard-centered composition using four modular container units, arranged to form a cohesive yet breathable residential cluster. Each studio is designed as a self-contained living space, while collectively framing a shared central deck which encourage interaction, passive ventilation, and a strong connection to landscape.

The Architectural language is deliberately warm and softening the industrial nature of container architecture through the use of wood finishes, louvers partitions, and generous openings. Vertical slat elements act as both spatial filters and climatic devices that provides privacy without sacrificing light and airflow.

The intent of Scheme 1 is to establish a balanced relationship between individuality and community private studio living anchored around a communal outdoor core. The deep roof overhangs, elevated deck, and integrated greenery respond to the local climate, creating shaded, comfortable transitional spaces throughout the day.

A Proposed Dental Clinic Interior Fit-Out

A contemporary Dental environment designed to redefine patient experience through space, light, and materiality. The concept revolves around calm precision balancing clinical functionality with a warm, welcoming atmosphere to ease patient anxiety.

Clean lines, modular cabinetry, and hygienic finishes establish an efficient workflow for practitioners, while soft ambient lighting, wood textures, and curated wall graphics introduce a sense of comfort and familiarity. The integration of ceiling light panels and linear accents enhances spatial continuity, guiding movement seamlessly from reception to treatment areas.

Every element is intentionally composed, not only to meet medical standards, but to elevate the perception of care through design.

Proposed Event Wing | Lanang, Davao City

Strategically located in the prime district of Lanang, Davao City, just minutes from SM Lanang, this proposed Event Wing Function Hall is envisioned as a contemporary venue designed to host memorable gatherings, corporate events, weddings, and social celebrations.

The architectural concept emphasizes modern elegance and spatial flexibility. A welcoming entrance lobby introduces guests to a warm palette of textured stone walls, vertical wood accents, and ambient cove lighting that create a refined and inviting atmosphere. The reception and waiting lounge are thoughtfully designed to provide comfort while maintaining a seamless transition into the main event halls.

Inside, the function halls feature adaptable ballroom layouts, allowing the space to transform effortlessly for conferences, formal banquets, weddings, and private functions. A series of illuminated ceiling panels provide dynamic lighting possibilities, enhancing the ambience depending on the type of event. From corporate gatherings to festive celebrations. Clean lines, soft neutral finishes, and modern materials were carefully selected to create a timeless interior that elevates every occasion.

The exterior architecture reflects the same contemporary language. It features textured stone cladding, expansive glazing, and a prominent illuminated façade signage, ensuring strong visual identity and presence along the Lanang corridor. Elevated access with covered entry enhances both accessibility and guest experience, while the ground level provides practical parking solutions.

More than just a venue, the proposed Event Wing is designed as a versatile urban event destination. It is a space where architecture, celebration, and community converge in one thoughtfully designed environment.
