We strategically schedule the fence and gate at around 90% completion of the structural works—when the building is already up, roofed, and only minimal structural works remain.

Why?
✔️ Structural works can be completed efficiently
✔️ Masons and steelmen can shift to the fence and gate
✔️ Finishers can focus on the building’s Architectural Phase
✔️ Less concrete work during finishing = less dust and a cleaner environment for painting and final finishes

The goal is simple: 𝐁𝐮𝐢𝐥𝐝 𝐬𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐞𝐫. 𝐌𝐚𝐱𝐢𝐦𝐢𝐳𝐞 𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐩𝐨𝐰𝐞𝐫. 𝐅𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐬𝐡 𝐛𝐞𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐫.

Today, we commence the construction of another Goodlife Chapel Building in Quezon, Bukidnon. 🙏🏗️

Three times in a row, we've encountered the same issue with three different clients.

The lot that was presented and sold to them turned out to be either not the exact location or not the actual lot dimensions reflected on the ground. It's heartbreaking to witness the confusion, delays, and additional costs that follow.

Every project begins with one non-negotiable step: a proper relocation and lot survey conducted by our trusted Geodetic Engineer before we start any design or construction. It protects not only the investment of our clients but also the integrity of the entire project.

This is a gentle reminder to everyone in the real estate industry: Let's work together to build trust—not just structures—by ensuring every lot presented is the correct lot, with verified boundaries and accurate dimensions.

Clients turned into good friends. 🤍

After 9 months of home renovation, this project is finally coming to an end. While we're wrapping up the work, we're definitely taking home something even more valuable—the friendship we gained along the way.

Thank you, Ma'am and Sir, for the opportunity, your patience, and for trusting our team from start to finish. This project challenged us, taught us a lot, and helped us grow in more ways than one.
