Another milestone that we are proud of. Team RBS had just accomplished 100% construction and turn-over to end user. Inspite the difficulties of reaching the site location and challenges we encountered along the way, still we humbly pursued the project.

This could not be possible without the people behind the project. We would like to thank brgy captain Michael Manalo for trusting us to implement the project. And also, we would like to say gratitude to our partner, honorable councilor Atty. Vonn Guillermo for your unending support.

Through this milestone we will still continue to serve the community despite pandemic. 💪💪💪

It's been a while since we had our first day, the day where we are all hopefull, for a smooth transition and ex*****on during the construction.

However, challenges are inevitable. But thankfully despite of all of those challenges, we humbly continue to stick and strive to our main goal, which is to produce our best output that our clients deserves no matter what.

10 months of grueling heartache, failure and success. Z-residence is now on a solid ground.

This black and white interior vision is a striking loft in the complex building in Davao City, with a useable area of 280 m2. White washed textured walls form a blank canvas, and a huge modern furniture parades the perimeter.

This smaller open plan dwelling uses the monochrome approach to achieve a more spacious look.
