Today, we celebrate someone who is more than just our President. She is someone who leads with dedication, understanding, firmness, and kindness—a leader who knows when to stand firm, when to listen, and when to simply be there for the people around her.

Your hard work and commitment to the CSSG never go unnoticed. Behind every decision and every responsibility you carry is a genuine desire to serve and do what is best for the student body. And beyond being our President, you have become someone who is truly close to our hearts. 💚

Thank you for leading us with both strength and compassion, for understanding us even when things get difficult, and for reminding us that leadership can be firm while still being kind.

May this birthday bring you the same love, joy, and warmth that you continue to give to the people around you. You deserve all the good things this new chapter has to offer!

Happy Birthday, President Yume! 🎉
We are so grateful to have you—not only as our leader, but as someone we are proud to call family. 🫶

With love, your CSSG Family. 💚

There are teams that simply work together—and there are teams that intentionally learn how to become better together.

For Squared, ATOM 2026 (Activating Teamwork for Organizational Mastery) was designed to be the latter.

Held on August 8, 2026, at the Computer Room of the DCC Library Main Campus, ATOM 2026 brought the Squared Team together for a full day of learning, hands-on activities, reflection, and connection. With its theme of strengthening teamwork and organizational mastery, the seminar-workshop served as an opportunity for members to understand not only their individual responsibilities but also how their roles contribute to the larger mission of Squared.

The program opened with a ceremony led by Lady Lovell Paller, Squared Vice President, followed by a prayer led by Angel Trisha Mae S. Arab, an ITE Squad Member. Participants then joined in the singing of the Philippine National Anthem and Davao City Hymn, setting the tone for a meaningful day of learning and collaboration.

The opening remarks were delivered by Ernie P. Olin, Squared President, officially welcoming members to the organization's Year 2 development program.

Unlike a conventional seminar that begins with extended lectures, ATOM 2026 placed the workshop and hands-on training in the morning, allowing members to actively engage with the learning experience.

Before the workshop began, Mena Lhyn A. Villafuerte, Squared Human Resource, introduced the organization's officers and newly recruited members, formally welcoming the newest additions to the Squared family.

The morning then proceeded into the organization's Workshop and Hands-on Training, facilitated by Roberto, Jr. P. Tacbobo, Squared Moderator, and Dexter C. Carreon, Squared System Manager.

The hands-on component provided members with an opportunity to translate organizational concepts into practical applications. Rather than simply receiving information, participants were encouraged to engage with tasks, processes, and collaborative activities that strengthened their ability to work as a team.

For an organization operating across technology, creative services, student engagement, and organizational support, the practical component emphasized an important principle: knowledge becomes more valuable when it can be applied.

After the morning workshop, participants returned in the afternoon for the seminar session, shifting the focus from application toward deeper organizational understanding.

The atmosphere then shifted from formal to energetic as Rahima L. Mohamad, Squared Treasurer; Rhean Grace Inguito, Squared Secretary; and Karl Mc Brian O. Halasan, Squared Auditor, facilitated a motivational activity and energizer.

The session was facilitated by Roberto, Jr. P. Tacbobo and Ernie P. Olin, Squared President, providing members with insights connected to Squared's direction, responsibilities, teamwork, and organizational development.

A Question and Answer session, facilitated by Lady Lovell O. Paller, followed the seminar, giving members an opportunity to clarify ideas, raise concerns, and engage more directly with the discussion.

The sequence—from workshop to seminar—allowed ATOM 2026 to move from doing to understanding, giving participants both practical experience and the organizational context behind their work.

One of the significant moments of ATOM 2026 was the presentation of the newly recruited members.

Their inclusion represents more than an expansion of the Squared Team. It marks the continuation of an organization built around succession, knowledge-sharing, and the development of students who can eventually take on greater responsibilities.

As existing officers and members guide the newer generation, ATOM becomes more than an annual training activity. It becomes part of Squared's effort to preserve institutional knowledge while allowing new members to contribute their own ideas, skills, and perspectives.

The afternoon concluded with the awarding of certificates, facilitated by Mena Lhyn A. Villafuerte, Squared Human Resource.

The certificates served as recognition of the members' participation and commitment to professional and organizational development.

For Squared, however, the value of ATOM 2026 extends beyond the certificate itself. The real outcome lies in the skills developed, connections strengthened, and lessons that members can carry into future projects and responsibilities.

Following the awarding, participants gathered for a photo opportunity, capturing the people behind Squared's continuing development.

The day concluded with closing remarks from Ernie P. Olin, Squared President.

From the opening ceremony to the closing remarks, ATOM 2026 brought together officers, new members, and the organization's leadership under one shared purpose: to become better individually while becoming stronger collectively.

ATOM 2026 ultimately reflected what its name represents. Just as atoms form stronger structures through connection, Squared recognizes that organizational strength comes from people who communicate, collaborate, learn, and grow together.

The seminar-workshop was not simply another activity on the Squared calendar. It was an investment in the people who will carry its projects forward.

With new members welcomed, skills strengthened, and connections reinforced, ATOM 2026 closed another chapter of Squared's continuing journey—building not only a team, but a community capable of growing beyond what it has already achieved.
