At Woodrow Solar Power, we are incredibly proud of Engr. Pricy Christian Dolor and his continuous pursuit of excellence in the solar industry.
His journey reflects what true professionalism looks like, not stopping at installation, but understanding that the long-term success of every solar project depends on quality Operations and Maintenance (O&M). His dedication to learning, growing, and embracing new opportunities is a testament to his commitment to serving clients with the highest standards.
As Engr. Woodrow Pino always emphasizes, a successful solar business is not built solely on selling and installing systems, it is sustained through reliable after-sales support, technical expertise, and lasting customer trust. This is exactly why Solar O&M is becoming one of the most important pillars of the industry.
We commend Engr. Pricy for recognizing this vision and for being part of the pioneering batch that is helping raise the standard of solar service in the Philippines.
Congratulations, Engr. Pricy! Your passion for learning and dedication to the industry inspire fellow solar professionals to continue growing beyond installation and into long-term service excellence.

Meet Engr. Pricy Christian Dolorβan Electronics Engineer, seasoned business owner, and a proud pioneer graduate of our Solar Operations & Maintenance (O&M) Pilot Training Program! π οΈ
β
Engr. Pricyβs solar journey started in 2019 when he installed his own hybrid setup. In 2025, he officially joined the NEA community, completing our Solar Installation & Business (SIB) and Solar Installation Professional (SIP) programs before stepping up to the O&M pilot batch.
β
Why did he return for the O&M Pilot Training?
He recognized a vital industry reality: while installation is the exciting first step, the vast majority of a solar project's lifecycle relies heavily on after-sales service. To provide that premium support, he joined the Dipolog pilot to train directly under industry expert Engr. Woodrow Pino.
β
His Training Experience:
β
β
Theoretical Foundations: The sessions effectively broke down the real-world concepts and workflows of Operations & Maintenance.
β
β
An "Eye-Opening" Hands-On Practical: Getting direct access and exposure to the proper diagnostic tools and equipment was a game-changer. Engr. Pricy emphasizes that utilizing the right tools is absolutely crucial for delivering high-quality after-sales service.
β
His biggest realization?
β
Solar O&M can be an entirely separate, highly profitable business model. For instance, professional installers can offer dedicated O&M services to clients who went the DIY route but now need expert troubleshooting! π
β
Here is his powerful advice for fellow installers:
β
"Mas ipa-hibalo sa mga installers all around the Philippines ang Solar O&M kay siya man gyud ang modala sa imong negosyo. Dali ra man mamaligya. Dali ra mo-promise. Pero once naa nay mga guba, dinha na dayon mosulod ang O&M. I think one of the best gyud na gihimo ni NEA is the Solar O&M."

(Selling is easy. Promising is easy. But when breakdowns happen, O&M is what will truly carry and sustain your business!)
