HMDC-Bulacan currently holds two Mineral Production Sharing Agreements namely MPSA 140-99-III and MPSA 027-94-III requirements of the Philippine Mining Act of 1995. The quarries are developed and utilized with efficient resource utilization and cost-effectiveness as forefront considerations. The regulatory requirements for the protection and enhancement of the environment are consistently being complied with and at times even imposing more rigorous environmental standards than those set by the government. The company is internationally certified to Quality Management System (ISO 9001), Environmental Management System (ISO 14001), and Occupational Health and System Management System (ISO 45001).
