Position: Air Conditioning Technician
Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair various types of air conditioning systems, including split systems, central air conditioning, and ductless units
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues in HVAC equipment
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning filters, inspecting coils, and lubricating motors
- Test and calibrate thermostats, pressure controls, and other HVAC system components
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with clients regarding system performance and repairs
- Adhere to safety protocols and follow industry standards in all work performed
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Air Conditioning Technician or in a similar role
- Knowledge of different types of air conditioning systems and their components
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Relevant certifications (e.g., TESDA certification, HVAC technician certification) are a plus
