Please be informed of the Notice of Virtual Hearing issued by the Energy Regulatory Commission (ERC) in ERC Case No. 2026-069 RC, involving the Joint Application of Nueva Vizcaya Electric Cooperative (NUVELCO) and Sual Power Inc. (SPI) for approval of their Emergency Power Supply Agreement (EPSA).

The activity was led by NUVELCO Board Chairman Dir. Rolando A. Fariñas, together with NUVELCO MSD personnel, as part of the cooperative’s continuing commitment to making its services more accessible to our MCOs.
