PALECO's 44th Annual General Membership Assembly Registration Mechanics
1. Registration is open to all regular members of Palawan Electric Cooperative (PALECO).
2. Pre-registration shall run from April 20 to May 15 and may be completed through walk-in registration at the Principal Office and Area Offices in Aborlan, Narra, Quezon, Rizal, Brooke’s Point, Roxas, Taytay, San Vicente, El Nido, and Cuyo for those attending in person, or through online registration via the MCO Portal on the PALECO website (www.paleco.net) for those attending online.
3. Members are required to provide a valid ID during pre-registration. A proxy may pre-register a member, provided that the valid ID of the member is presented at the time of the pre-registration.
4. Members who opt to pre-register and attend online are required to provide a digital copy of their valid ID, register an email address, and take a selfie.
5. Registration on the day of the event, May 16, shall commence at 6:00 AM until 3:00 PM at the following locations: Edward S. Hagedorn Coliseum, Narra Municipal Gymnasium, Brooke’s Point Events Center, Roxas Municipal Gymnasium and Palawan State University - Palawan College of Arts and Trades (PCAT) Cuyo Campus.
6. At exactly 3:00 PM, only those members lined up at the venues’ holding areas will be accepted for registration. The Crowd Control Committee shall determine the last member to be accepted for registration.
7. Only qualified members who attend in person shall be entitled to a cash incentive, which will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis. If the available cash incentives are depleted, the remaining qualified members shall instead receive the incentive as additional paid-up share capital or through bill deduction. In-person attendees are also entitled to one (1) raffle ticket.
8. Qualified members who will attend online shall receive the incentive as additional paid-up share capital or through bill deduction and are not eligible for the raffle.
9. PALECO employees, officers and other cooperative committees are eligible for registration but shall not be entitled to any cash incentives or raffle participation.
10. Proxy attendance shall not be permitted on AGMA day under any circumstances.
