Despite the challenge of a compact 20 sqm lot, this Proposed Four-Storey Residence with Roof Deck was carefully planned to provide functional living spaces while maintaining a clean and refined architectural character. Through thoughtful space planning and balanced exterior detailing, the design achieves both practicality and visual sophistication.

From the subtle groove lines and accent finishes to the harmonious color palette and window treatments, every element was intentionally curated to create a modern yet timeless façade.

We’re proud to unveil one of our latest residential design projects—a thoughtfully planned four-storey home designed to maximize a compact 20 sqm lot without compromising comfort, function, or style.

With a focus on efficient space planning, every corner is carefully considered to meet the client’s needs. The exterior embraces a simple yet refined concept, where groove lines, a balanced color palette, accent tiles, and cohesive window detailing come together to create a distinct and elegant façade.

From Bean to Brew: Mastering the Craft ☕

Thank you Modernbrands, for inviting us to be part of this wonderful gathering over lunch and coffee.

In partnership with H Proper Coffee Roasters, the program featured a variety of engaging activities—from learning the fundamentals of coffee and exploring different brewing methods, to coffee tasting sessions and an exciting latte art contest. It was great to see participation from various architectural and interior design firms.
