🔹 JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

✅ Safely transport and deliver LPG cylinders or bulk LPG to customers, dealers, and distribution points according to the assigned schedule.

✅ Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the delivery vehicle, LPG tanks/cylinders, and safety equipment.

✅ Load, secure, transport, and unload LPG products following approved safety procedures.

✅ Verify delivery orders, customer information, product quantities, and required documents.

✅ Inspect LPG cylinders, valves, regulators, hoses, and fittings for leaks, damage, or defects and report unsafe conditions immediately.

✅ Maintain accurate delivery records, proof of delivery, and inventory of full and empty cylinders.

✅ Comply with company policies, traffic regulations, hazardous materials transport requirements, and LPG safety standards.

✅ Provide courteous and professional customer service while promoting safe LPG handling and storage practices.

✅ Respond properly to emergencies such as LPG leaks, accidents, or incidents by following established safety procedures.

✅ Keep the delivery vehicle clean, secure, and properly maintained; report mechanical issues promptly.

✅ Coordinate with dispatch, warehouse personnel, and supervisors to ensure efficient and timely delivery operations.

✅ Follow Occupational Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) requirements at all times.

-To Welcome customers and assist them with LPG cylinder purchases, refills, exchanges, accessories, and other showroom products.
-Count, verify, and balance the cash fund at the beginning and end of each business day.
-Prepare and submit daily sales, collection, and cash reconciliation reports.
-Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and proper display of Solane LPG products, accessories, and promotional materials in the showroom.
-Monitor showroom inventory and coordinate with the warehouse or operations team for timely replenishment of stocks.
-Verify customer orders and coordinate with delivery personnel to ensure accurate and timely delivery of LPG cylinders.
