✨Repeat Client✨
From worn-out to rental-ready. 🍂

This 2-Bedroom Condo Unit needed repairs after the previous tenant moved out. Our repeat client requested that we repair the damaged areas and add basic furnishings to bring the space back to a clean, simple, and market-ready condition for their next renter.

It has been a few months since the completion and turnover of this project, and it remains one of the projects we are most proud of. While simple in design, it involved careful planning and thoughtful ex*****on.

At the request of the FBP executives and staff, additional storage was incorporated to accommodate printer cartridges and paper reams. To address this, we maximized modular cabinet solutions, ensuring ample and efficient storage for the branch’s equipment and supplies. We also provided advertising support through signage to enhance branding and visibility.

This project reflects our continued growth as a company and as a team. We extend our sincere appreciation to the FBP executives and staff for their trust in allowing us to build one of the pioneer branches at UP Diliman.

From design proposal and planning to coordination and ex*****on, the entire process was smooth and well-managed. The branch is now fully operational and ready to serve customers at UP Shopping Center (NEW) for all printing needs.
