This open-concept living and dining space is designed for both elegance and functionality, creating a seamless flow between areas while maximizing natural light. The floor-to-ceiling windows enhance spatial perception, while the partition with black-framed glass panels subtly defines zones without compromising openness. The warm hardwood flooring, combined with recessed cove lighting and indirect LED illumination, creates a cozy yet sophisticated ambiance. A striking TV feature wall with textured panels and vertical wooden slats adds depth and a modern focal point to the space.

Every detail is carefully curated to balance comfort and aesthetics. The tufted sofa, upholstered armchairs, and sleek dining set bring a refined contemporary feel, while the built-in shelving and cabinetry ensure both style and practicality.
