• Minimum high school graduate
• Preferably with previous direct work experience in production operations in an industrial manufacturing company
• Physically fit and healthy; able to lift heavy items
• Honest; Of high integrity and of good moral character
• Self-driven, industrious; possesses work initiative
• Can work on shift schedule
• Can work under time pressure
• Willing to render overtime if necessary
• Flexible, open and willing to learn
• Good interpersonal skills; can work effectively with people at all levels
