Design Concept is Tropical Villa, used of shed roof and warm earth tones to resemble modern and traditional elements in tropical houses.

This project includes a big 2 bedrooms with wide balcony and camping grounds with swimming pool and an outdoor garden.

We aim to feature the earth-colored elements that will fit to the mood of the site's climate such as putting the vertical wood as design accent as well as the stucco cement concrete finish textured on few selected walls which could also serve as a weather protection.

We also intend to incorporate a full glass walls for second floor facing southeast for a better view of the whole compound, the beautiful sorrounding and also to achieve the maximum natural lighting.

This project is for a family who deserves a good break from being full-time abroad.
