My first try at mixed media 🎨🤍

A portrait of my cousin, started with watercolor and finished with colored pencils for a little more detail and definition.

I originally planned to keep it watercolor, but I ended up loving how the colored pencil brought the portrait together. Still learning, still experimenting, but I’m happy with how this one turned out. ✨

Definitely want to try more mixed media pieces soon.

Some things don’t need a special occasion. 🌷

Buy her flowers. Send him his favorite snack. Surprise your mom. Print that photo you’ve been keeping in your camera roll.

It’s the little things that make ordinary days feel special. 🤍
