1. RIGGER
2. ASSISTANT RIGGER
Qualifications:
* With WAH Certificate, Fall Protection, NWSA (National Wireless Safety Alliance)
* Physically Fit; ability to climb, work at heights and handle manual labor
* Technical Skills; Proficient with hand/power tools, rigging equipment
* Soft-Skills: team-work, problem solving
* with Valid WAH from an accredited agency of Huawei PEME/SMVP/KKS/BEX/FDR

3. TEAM LEADER
Qualification:
* Responsible for supervising a crew in the installation, maintenance and repair telecom towers.
* LEADERSHIP and SUPERVISION
* Safety and Compliance: strict adherence on safety protocol regulation such as OSHA and TIA standard
* Maintenance and Technical Work
* Project Management and Coordination
* Technical Knowledge
* Certification: with Valid WAH from an accredited agency of Huawei PEME/SMVP/KKS/BEX/FDR

4. DRIVER
Qualification
* with Valid License of B,C,D
* Knowledgeable of Tower Maintenance Project
* Safe transportation
* On-site Assistance
